“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程，附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到，客房陳設老舊，隔音差，浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣，真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達，完成沙漠之旅，禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見，但他已經不耐煩，在入住表簽名位置，用筆大力“點”一下，完全沒說話，像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館)，我的丈夫便到櫃檯借，剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出，明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮，你叫我明天來取？這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有？你這是什麼工作態度？他當場呆了，抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚，那夜之後直到我們離開，都再不見他。”

“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater……

“I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. The hospitality is outstanding. There is street parking. The breakfast is delicious and authentic Moroccan. The room is spacious. It’s not the best sunlight coming……

“Wonderful Riad in a perfect location- inside the Medina but with quick access with luggage. Truly stunning decor. Quiet and very comfortable, large Honeymoon Suite. The staff is exceptional, making you feel welcome and will help with tours, transportation etc. This is not just a hotel - it’s an experience in itself.”

“套房很大，床很舒服，Hassnae英语很好，会提前发邮件确认。入住后服务很好，提供fes的地图，帮我们询问CTM是否有余票等等。酒店位置也很好，步行3分钟到蓝门，到麦地那也很方便。总而言之，很愉快的住宿体验。”

“We felt welcomed as friends / family at Riad Fez Baraka from start to finish. Absolutely top notch hotel and would stay here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent. Very good value for money. Free airport shuttle was a greatly appreciated bonus as well. Can't say enough nice things about this riad and the entire staff. One of the better hotels……
